Here are a couple of shots of a Tesla Plasma Lamp (inert gas discharge tube)…the fundamentals were set forth in U.S. Patent 0,514,170, and then modified by Bill Parker of MIT later on to make widely distributed art objects and toys.
Interacting with these objects stirs up a deep recognition within me of the hidden forces surrounding us all. And the silly imaginative side of me wishes we had these animated arcs of electrical energy as hair instead of what we have!
