In 2008 and 2009 I was able to find the energy to pull together a large swathe of dark ambient artists for two compilation releases. The intention was to make it an annual affair, but life just kept getting in the way.
Justin Sullivan, a talented composer, engineer and technologist, did the amazing mastering work for both years and I took care of the executive production and curation aspects, including the artwork and website. The site is a bit dated now, as the iPhone only came out in 2007, so there was no thought for mobile relevance back then (less than a decade is like a century now!).
